Okay, after thinking about how completely jacked up the timeline and ages have become, I've straightened it out.
Fiera = 54 standard years
Braska = 47 [would have been 56 if not murdered at age 21 and resurrected nine years later at age 30]
Talen = 55
Zoe = 33
Fieron = 29
Talena = 27
Nala = 27
Hyde = 24
Hideki = 22
Illyria = 5
And, of course, due to the gene altercations, Fiera and Braska retains the physicality of a 27 year old, and Braska of a 23 year old. So, there's no difference in their appearance or health.
